We currently provide the following free and confidential services: 'Health Information 'Drop In' Telephone Information & Support 'Listening Ear' support sessions Chi Gong Exercise Stressbusters Courses Women's Health Training Course (accredited by Open College Network) Pregnancy Testing Relaxation Classes Volunteering Opportunities Research Opportunities Eating Disorders Support Group Menopause Support Group Women Helping Yourself Group Self Injury Support Group Community Outreach Projects Where possible we will run workshops and short courses on topics suggested by service users. Past activities have included yoga, creative writing, poetry and art classes.
